Pizzeria Mozza, Marina Bad Sands

It was a random suggestion to go to Marina Bay Sands on one of the days to attend one of the exhibitions there.

And, it was lunch time when we were out from the exhibition. So, it was time to look for food again!!! *blinks blinks, eyes open big big*

As mentioned, it was not planned, so no homework was done and we were clueless of what to eat before we finally settled at Pizzeria Mozza.

We were lucky as we might not get a seat if we were still indecisive at that time. Not long after being seated, the restaurant was crowded with patrons. (Seems like we've made a right choice!)

I LOVE the complimentary bread sticks! It was so nice. “Now you see it, now you don’t!” It was gone in seconds :P

We ordered a Calamari al forno with fagioli & oregano to start with. It was a tad too salty. Nonetheless, the squid was cooked to perfect and I definitely heart the lentils! Yummmm~

For mains, we had a pork rib marinated with herbs. The pork rib was average but the salad that came with it was fantastic! I focused more on the “side” instead of the “main” *Oops, wrong focus(?), hiakz

Besides, we also ordered a pizza Prosciutto di Parma, rucola, tomato & mozzarella to share. The pizza base was rather unique; thin and light crispy crust yet chewy and airy at the same time. The topping was rather unique as well. And my friend could not really accept the taste though he likes the base *grins

I really like the complimentary bread sticks, salad and the pizza that I think I would come back for more.

FYI, they have a great variety of rather unique pizza (with special toppings) to choose from! I am sure there would be one flavor that will suit you! Cheers.
